swear    I promise to tell truth, only truth and nothing but truth about EVERYTHING I have consumed!

So lets get started:

03/01/2014  DAY 1

1 hard boiled egg, 4 apples, bowl of boiled spinach, 3 carrots, 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt, 1 cup of meatballs soup, green tea and water with ginger and lemon.

04/01/2014 DAY 2

1 hard boiled egg, 2 apples,  3 carrots, 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt, bowl of meatballs soup, green tea and water with ginger and lemon

05/01/2014 DAY 3

meatballs soup, green tea, 3 tangerines, 3 apples, 3 crisp breads with  bolied spinach on top

06/01/2014 DAY 4

Day when I allowed some cheat food: 1 marzepan sweet, 1 gelly sweet, 30 g milk chocolate, black tea with milk, 2 glasses of wine, 1 glass of juice + normal food: meatball soup, 2 apples, 5 crisp breads with boiled spinach on top

07/01/2014 DAY 5

omlette with spinach, 4 apples, 3 tangerines, 200 g of low fat cottege cheese, 2 carrots with 3 table spoons of lowfat plain yoghurt
